Welcome to Gallant Studio. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Governing Law
Gallant Studio provides website design, TaxDome workflow consulting, and client intake automation for accounting and tax firms. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.
Payment
Projects are billed on a milestone basis. Payment amounts and due dates for each milestone are outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal provided to the client. Work on subsequent milestones may be paused until payment for a completed milestone is received.
Ownership
Once a project is completed and paid in full, the client owns the final website and deliverables. Gallant Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website Use
This website is for informational purposes. Visitors may not copy, reproduce, or misuse its content without permission. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship until a separate project agreement is signed.
Changes to Services
Gallant Studio may update or change the services it offers at any time. This does not affect projects already in progress under an existing agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Gallant Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio.
